1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetReviewReply Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

GetReviewReply Pro is operated by Good Fruit Enterprise. These Terms cover users of the Service, including purchasers of seven-day access. Existing purchases retain the payment and refund terms agreed at purchase; this update does not reduce those rights.

2. Description of Service

GetReviewReply Pro helps businesses draft AI-assisted responses to Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews. The app supports review input, brand-voice settings, and response generation using an AI API code. You must review generated text before publishing it. We do not guarantee search rankings or business results.

3. Seven-Day Access, Payment, and Refunds

3.1 What you purchase

The current introductory offer costs $7 USD as a one-time payment and includes an app access code and a seven-day trial API code. This is paid access, not a free trial. The access period begins when we send both codes to your delivery email and lasts seven days. This purchase does not promise unlimited API usage.

3.2 Payment and delivery

Payment is processed through PayPal. Enter the email address where you want to receive your codes in the required customer note at checkout. We manually verify the payment and email both codes; payment does not instantly unlock the app. If you have not received your codes, check your spam folder and contact support@getreviewreplypro.com with your PayPal transaction ID and delivery email. Never email your PayPal password or verification codes.

3.3 No automatic renewal

The $7 purchase does not create a subscription, authorize recurring charges, or automatically enroll you in a monthly plan. Continued access after seven days requires a separate purchase or agreement. Solo is advertised at $14 USD per month by inquiry for one business, with a separately funded AI API key. We confirm availability, access dates, and billing and refund terms before requesting payment. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize any charge. Growth and Scale are not currently offered.

3.4 Seven-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of the $7 USD payment by emailing support@getreviewreplypro.com within seven days of receiving your codes. Include your PayPal transaction ID and delivery email so we can identify the payment. You do not need to prove a technical fault. The refund is available on request, not automatically at the end of the access period.

Refunds are issued against the original PayPal transaction. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and your payment provider. Refunded access may be deactivated. This guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer remedies or payment-dispute rights.

4. Access and API Codes

Keep your app access code and API code private. Use them only for the business access provided to you; do not publish, resell, or share them with unauthorized users. Enter the app code to unlock the app and the API code in its AI connection settings. Contact support if either code does not work or may have been compromised.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use GetReviewReply Pro to:

• Generate responses to genuine Google or Facebook reviews for your business or your clients' businesses
• Draft relevant responses and manage review engagement
• Manage reviews for businesses you are authorized to represent, within your agreed access limits

5.2 Prohibited Use

• Do not share your access code with unauthorized users
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Do not use automated scripts to make excessive API calls to the Service
• Do not use the Service to generate responses that are false, misleading, or harmful
• Do not resell the Service itself — you may use the outputs commercially (e.g. charging clients for review management services)

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate response suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are suggestions only and should be reviewed before posting
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your specific situation
• You are solely responsible for the content you post publicly, including any AI-generated responses you choose to use
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or inappropriate phrasing — always review before posting

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and generated response templates, is owned by GetReviewReply Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of any review content you input and any responses you choose to publish. We do not claim ownership over the outputs generated on your behalf.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors and AI platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL IMPROVE YOUR GOOGLE RANKINGS — RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETREVIEWREPLY PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetReviewReply Pro and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you generate or post using the Service.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. Changes do not override our refund guarantee or applicable consumer rights.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price or duration of access already purchased.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly the acceptable use provisions. Upon termination, your access code will be revoked and you will lose access to the Service. Any action under this section remains subject to the refund guarantee in section 3.4 and applicable consumer rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. The seven-day purchase has no subscription to cancel. Contact support for access or refund requests.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes may be brought before the appropriate courts or authorities, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
